Join us for Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day… new to mountain biking or been in it for a while… join MRORCA as we get the kids together for some fun on mountain bikes. Basic instruction, games and rides for all ages.
Free. But bring some cash for a Hot Dog.
This is NOT a drop off and run gig – we will require at least one parent with every three kids. We encourage mummies and daddies to bring their own bikes and come along on the rides. Parents come in all skill levels as do kids, so you might just get to learn something along the way too!
The trail is completely contained away from roads and there are no toilets on site, so we had better make sure someone has toilet paper and a shovel.
We have a fairly comprehensive fantastic First Aid Kit, which we have been able to fund due to these events, available if required.
“The Pines” – NOODLE BOWL TRAIL (SEE TRAILS @ mrorca.org.au)
Follow the highway north out of Margs past the turnoff to the airport, and take the next left turn before the guard rails.
Pre to Primary School Age
We strongly recommend a ratio of at least one parent to three children. You will be required to register yourself and your children.
Your own bike in good working order. There will not be any bike mechanics on hand.
Your own Safety gear. Everyone must bring their own Helmets, Drinks, Snacks etc.
Your sense of humour, and a lot of patience!
Bikes with training wheels. They don’t work on the dirt trails. Glide/balance bikes are fine!
Show your interest on our Facebook event page so we know how many we have to cater for.
