MRORCA, following the media statement from Ministers Hon. Albert Jacob and Hon. Terry Redman is excited to announce the opening of the long awaited new trails in Margaret River.

For the past three months primary contractor Common Ground and sub contractor Magic Dirt have been quietly working away in Bramley National Park constructing 9km’s of trail of the type that have never been seen before in Western Australia.

This network is the first of 3 stages to be completed in the area, initiated over 6 years ago when Margaret River was deemed a priority in the South West Master Plan.

Riders can look forward to trails that will cater to all levels. From fast, flowy, less technichal green trails, to a black descent that will see you spend more time in the air than on the ground. Also for those who like to climb there is something for you too, with a rock shrew technical black rated uphill slog.

All of this would not be possible, without the valued partnerships and funding from the Department of Parks and Wildlife, Augusta Margaret River Shire and of course the grant funding direct to MRORCA from Lottery West and National Resource Management.
